Kona recently dropped this beautiful piece of footage compiled from and around this year’s 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo. In addition to the video being absolutely breathtaking, you might notice that Team S & M and its affiliates are all over. As reported here a few weeks ago, we sent our guys Brad and Patrick Means down to lend a hand to Kona, transporting a U-Haul full of fancy 29ers to and from the race near Tucson, Arizona. Luckily for them, the trip wasn’t all work, as they got to do some amazing riding at the 24 hour race and beyond. Enjoy!
Longtime Sellwood mechanic Jeremiah Swanson got his 2012 Kona Raijin frame built up this weekend, and here are some photos highlighting its finer points. He threw it together with a Sram X9 group, Marzocchi fork, and Chris King / Stan’s No Tubes wheelset. These frames are now available, so let us know if you’d like us to order you one.
